关于ticket

昨晚晚节不保，在N年行车无事故后，在一个不大熟悉的地区被警车截住，说我超速

当时慌慌张张，居然好一阵子驾照和insurance card掏不出来。幸好有一张临时驾照还在。而等到我找到insurance card时，警察已经将罚单写好了

警察说因为以前我没不良记录，所以他开给我seat belt violation的罚单。距他说，这种罚单不记点，不会涨我的insurance.

我现在有如下问题想请教各位：

1）一定要出庭吗？罚单上好象没有要我去的court的电话，我怎么更改日期（IN CASE）？

2）这种no seat belt的罚单大概要交多少？真的不记点，不长insurance吗？

3）我去法庭，该plead guilty 还是non guilty呢？是不是如果plead non guilty, 而最后判定guilty的话，罚金会增加？

4）他还给了我一张no insurance card的罚单，虽然后来我找出来了，可是他已经开好了

我能argue吗？

no insurance ticket is easy to beat, you just plea not guilty, and mail a copy of your insurance card to the court.... it should say where on the back of that ticket

plea guilty/not guilty跟罚金多少没有关系吧？我跟人argue趴车单子的时候反正是plea not guilty，人家觉得我老guilty，判我付罚单，钱倒没有长。
说到趴车单子，最匪夷所思的乃是flushing市政府趴车场里面还有趴车单子给。

哦是这样啊。我因为在别处见说如果呢plead not guilty而最后被法官判定guilty的话，penalty 那罚金会涨。也不知是真是假。

对了法官应该称呼sir罢?

对了，罚单上的日期是上庭的日期，还是回应的死线？

there should be something saying something like you should respond before a certain date, or within these many days.... for example, the parking ticket we got gave us 30 days to pay up.
So, I am guessing, it should say
