Just saw this wedding photo of Plushenko, and somehow it reminded me of Godfather. I was surprised by the thought and tried to figure out why. Here's my guess of what happened unconsciously in my mind: the bride looks Italian to me; the couple looks unhappy and stiff as if pointed by a gun; Italian + gun -> Godfather... makes sense... huh?

Greetings from St. John's Newfoundland! The bride doesn't look a bit Russian, but she could be tartar or something.

en, the bridegroom, Plushenko, is arguably the no.1 (by way of most competition results) of post-2002 eligible men's figure skating, although I prefer any of the three people Jun has mentioned (Buttle, Weir, Sandhu) way over him... I really don't like the way he interpreted Godfather last year -- ha! no wonder, that's another link to Godfather!! maybe it was rather because of this that i thought the bride looked Italian

Buttle到底是怎么摔的？我看了录像也没弄明白，就见裤子破了，好像腿上还划了道口子。他和臭美这次真是倒霉透顶。
现场看Alissa的感觉如何？她的layback有点Lucinda Ruh的味道，只是她个头不高，所以没有Ruh舒展。

I'm joking. Although it's impossible for me not to feel "high" at the sight of his spiral and catch-foot spins...
