yellowstone 的问题

麻烦大家一个问题，游黄石公园需要多少时间？如果只有4，5天时间的话，现不现实？再加上大峡谷呢？

有朋友计划趁memorials day出游，大家可有游黄石和大峡谷的经验？如果时间紧的话，最应该去哪些好玩的景点？

4 days are perfect. it's so well oiled for tourists that you just need to take a quick look at any tour guide to figure out what to see... all the clusters of sites are pretty far apart and accessible by car only, so just pick 3 or 4 clusters and spend a day at each.

when is memorial day again? you might want to book rooms/campground as early as possible.

i don't know about grand canyon because a crack in the ground, even a very deep one, bores me... some friends loved it. for that i believe it depends on whether you want to trek down to the other rim, or if you just want to take a look at it from above and walk down a little. if the latter 1-1.5 days are plenty.

from your opinion, what clusters in yellowstone are good? I only know one: old faithful... really have no idea what to pick since there are so many spots and the park is so big...

oh memorial day should be May 29 bah.

yeah i suppose no trip to the YS is complete without a stop at the old faithful, even though it can get a little repetitive after a while.

i liked the two falls (don't remember the exact name, something like upper and lower falls?). the scenery was great. i don't remember what else we saw... sorry!

bring a hat! i totally burned my scalp the day i went to the old faithful. there's no cover there.

可以camping, 可以住旅馆, 可以住园外附近镇上. 现在天气正好, 晚上camping大概会有点冷.
