恶人谷

我前一阵刚读了个苏格兰青年的游记，＜前不着村后不着店>(The Places In Between).这人感觉是个半疯狂的青年，非要在大冬天，被美国攻陷才四个月的时候走路穿越阿富汗。他半道还在村里买了条倒霉的老狗。好多地方那狗都不愿意走了，主人非拖着它往前走，我忒同情它 。。。他的游记写的很英国，低调又冷幽默，描写人物充满生动的细节，但是我看着看着就有很不痛快的感觉，不知道为什么。到后来回味过来，这人身上有种“sense of entitlement"。他到处横冲直撞，强迫陌生人无偿留宿他，给他吃喝，碰上大家不理还愤怒的说：你们好客的传统要求你们招待陌生人，违背传统你们难道不感到羞耻么？大哥！他们招待陌生旅客，是因为传统上他们也要在旅行中依赖陌生人的好意，你一个外国人，吃喝完了把嘴一抹就走了，当安拉的孩子到苏格兰来敲你的门，你会请他们进来，给他们吃喝住宿么？

真可怜，我是说老狗，它自己咋不跑投奔自由呢？

人家这不是条狗么？基因里写着忠诚俩字，认准了谁是主人就得跟着。

这倒霉基因！
可是这个主人也是半路跟的啊？

Sh*t, Knowing. Now you've made me fantasizing about walking in strange land too. (Of course it's just a fantasy, but still! it's torture day dreaming this while stuck in a windowless office.)
