我老加入笆篱健身房进行健身运动已经快3年了,当然我也跟广大人民群众汇报过马粉这种甜品如何被教头贴上敌人标签,不得不说我自己确乎也比以前注意些个这些热量问题。前几天在健身房看见一个小姑娘,去年大概穿11,2号衣服,这次一见,哇,基因真正跟她作对,肚子大腿眼见着就起来了。希望我的惊奇目光没有伤害到小姑娘的自尊心---我其实就看了一眼,实在是被惊到了。
今年春天经历了前所未有的没胃口时代:中午进了食堂,溜达一圈,看见什么不想吃什么,最后以水果酸奶杯一个作午饭了一个星期。然而这个没胃口又没有变成减重,我老的BMI依旧徘徊在超重边缘,让人很苦闷。今天中午去了食堂,依旧看见什么不想吃什么,乃盛浓汤一盏,取玉米蛋糕一块,前往付款台,于路上在煎炸窗口驻足,终于没有忍住,取了一杯炸薯条儿。狼吞虎咽之。这么不健康的东西,咋就这么香呢?!

我不懂装懂的说,对于人类的基因来说,应该是热量越高越香把,千万年丛林里为了生存而挣扎,热量越高,这一顿可以持续越久阿,所以反映到脑子里,就是很香的信号了?

坚持锻炼3年,即使偶尔吃点不健康的东西怕什么,又不是天天吃。
看见什么不想吃什么
是没往不健康食品那边看吧。 :f20:

刚才去买了一个三文治,要了俩泡辣椒当点心,真香辣啊,舌头一下子醒过来了。恩,得去买瓶可乐,不过。

如果吃了很久健康食品之后突然吃到香喷喷的不健康食品,真是有整个人都活过来生命突然变得有意义的感觉。 :lol:

我今天中午喝了半杯罪恶的可乐, :lol: :lol: 之后觉得身心都很舒畅。

Yes, yes, that's why I crave diet coke once in a while. I now buy it once in a while at vendor machine, which makes it even icier, sweeter and guiltier. :f21:

我自豪地说,平素都是吃红烧肉辣子鸡等不健康食品,从来没有对薯条可乐起过邪念 :f59: ――我是逃学也要煮东西吃的。

辣子鸡怎么好算不健康食品?鸡是白肉,辣椒嘛,恩,维生素C含量丰富。

红烧肉那才真是不健康食品。如果不放肥肉,这道菜简直毫无意义。

火焰同学做菜一向很豪爽,似乎从来不考虑热量问题?你哪能体会到我们这种guilty的乐趣。 8)

最近买裙子,发现自己能穿2号(美国的码),0号也能拉上拉链,倍感欣慰,遂每天喝可口可乐非健怡装慰劳自己。糖和代糖的差别真巨大啊!

鸡也不都是白肉哒,而且我为了香,从来都只用鸡腿,还要连皮。 :shock:但其实红烧肉连烧带焖出来那么多油,吃着象肥肉的东西其实更象是胶质,热量纸老虎,我自欺欺人地说。每次早餐煎烟肉香肠我都自欺欺人地说开始的时候一点点油,煎完了半锅油,说明油都化掉了,没有吃下肚。
我的理论是正常的吃根本不会长胖,一天吃一包枕头大的薯片才会长胖。

I must have watched too many shows of Batali and Ina Garten.
These days I go through a jar of olive oil a month making salad dressing and pizzas and pastas, and I only use more-than-full-fat European butter for making sauce and whole milk for baking. After about two years of liberal use of olive oil and butter, my weight stays the same. I didn't lose any, I didn't gain any. Hence I conclude that's not what makes one fat. It's the sugar and fat in prepackaged food that's truly evil.

It is an age thing. I have spent the past 2 weeks walking all day every day and eating 2 meals a day (OK, supplemented by an ice cream cone or some chocolate or cookies). My feet can attest to my hard work. And guess what? The scale tells me I have not lost a pound! Not an ounce! It's totally useless to diet and exercise. It's just inevitable life paths. I'm going to lie down and let go.

Don't tell me you want to loose weight. Based on my impression, you need to gain some weight instead :lol:

基因这东西真没办法,我一美女同学吃的量比我多一倍,速度快一半,还都是油炸的,人又瘦又白,一点豆子都不长,去医院检查还说贫血 :shock:
我吃着学校食堂,还看着比谁营养都好,虽然我有甲状腺功能衰退,但我也每天补充甲状腺素呀,有时恨不得甲亢的说 :evil:
