[问题]腌橄榄怎么收藏?

最近迷上了吃腌橄榄。尤其是黑希腊。每一颗吃进去都觉得真难吃真冲,嚼到结束的时候忍不住再来一颗。在超市里面大盆里舀出来,放在小罐子里回家。但是过两天发现剩下的在空心里面有一点白颜色。特此请教,这个东西怎么收藏啊?能放多少天啊?

I think the key here is oxygen. You need to cut off air -- either buy bottled or canned or even loose ones, but they need to be submerged in their own juice or olive oil, or even you can use food saver and vacuum pack.

我也特喜欢吃橄榄,喜欢青色小粒带核的,特鲜!
你是去central买的吗? 拿个大点的盒子,称完重量后浇满了汁(brine)淹过橄榄就行了, 能保持一两礼拜。

这次不是,就是普通超市,大缸装的希腊、西班牙和意大利产的。我没想到普通超市还能这么有趣就买点尝尝。

我每次等不到过期就都吃光了。当零嘴吃一会就吃光一盒。
