以下是今天The Times报对Wallace的独家采访

What’s the exibition all about?
This is a show that asks people to really get their thinking caps on and come up with great ideas, so that they could one day become a great inventor like me. People can wander through my house having fun playing with all my Cracking Contraptions, and learn how to protect their intelectural property. They can also leave their ideas at these special “Idea Stations” and then all the ideas get fed into my very special Thinking Cap machine.

What do you consider your greatest invention?
All my inventions are simple yet effective. I particularly like the Jam Ballista, though. I never did like speading jam on my toast.

Most disastrous attempt?
I’m not sure what you mean. All my inventions work out perfectly.

Who inspired you?
Often I’m inspired by my tummy.

How is your relationship with Gromit these days?
Gromit is a great pal, he is a good dog and he knows his place.

You’ve had bad luck with the ladies. Given up on romance?
What do you mean bad luck? OK, so one was a baker-hating murderer, but romance is always a great adventure. Love will always find a way.

Have you been at all affected by the credit crunch?
Well, we all have to tighten our belts, but I’ll be all right as long as I have got my crackers and cheese.

Any future plans?
Oh yes, lots

Shaun the Sheep刚出来没多久的时候，就有人预测Timmy也许会有它自己的节目。Timmy Time果然出现了，每集10分钟，也是默片。Timmy原来是Shaun的表亲吗？这可头一次听说。

Shaun原先针对的观众群是4-7岁的儿童，大人照样看得起劲。不知道Timmy会如何。

Timmy is Shaun the Sheep’s cousin who lives in the field next door. He has appeared in Shaun’s show but now this little lamb is all grown-up and off to nursery.

Timmy Time is all about the trials and tribulations of being under four. Timmy experiences the highs and lows of daily life at nursery, learning to share, learning to work as a team, being kind and helpful and owning up when you’ve made a blunder.

Timmy has a whole host of furry and feathered friends who help, and hinder, his adventures.

Gromit is a great pal, he is a good dog and he knows his place.

Wallace真是，每次讲起Gromit就是这种“他只是一条狗”的腔调。不过在面包那集里面，他们俩看起来的确更像pet owner和pet，而不是pal的关系。

Timmy的故事听起来很像幼儿园丛林啊。“learning to share, learning to work as a team, being kind and helpful ”heihei

可不是嘛，Wallace离了Gromit根本什么也干不了。就那些发明，哪件不是他坐在那里想，Gromit动手做的。不过我们Gromit忠心耿耿，不跟他计较。

Bakery那集，可以方便地怪罪到邪恶红颜身上，挑拨了他们的关系，跟企鹅老兄有得一比
