I saw it in the news a few weeks ago.

Gee, xiao K I wish you didn't mention the "before" face. I went to google it and ended up seeing a whole bucketful of photos of many disfigured faces that will give me the nightmares. According to a written report, this patient had the middle of her face blown away with a shotgun by her husband. I don't know how she survived the shot in the first place.

费那么大的劲移植为什么不顺便切两刀把多余的切掉. 外行无知地问.

我看过一个节目切胃减肥的, 减完后身上一叠一叠的皮, 也非常可怕. 严重超重切胃算医学需要, 保险包, 但切掉皮属于美容不包.

我只看了眼图片没看文字，还以为这是手术前的呢？
我不要看手术前的了。
同小情的问题，都费那么大劲了，干嘛不顺便再造张美女脸？

咳，这不是做自己的脸，而是别人的脸，难度很高的。具体情况我不知道哈，总得把本人的皮下肌肉（控制表情）大概地跟别人的脸皮接上吧？否则跟戴面具一样。还有神经也得大概地接上咧。脸上的肌肉和细胞都是复杂得要死的细活儿，而且，活皮贴上活脸，得分秒必争，时间长了坏死一批细胞，就前功尽弃。真实手术不是拍 Nip and Tuck 哦。

对了，病人原本的伤很严重的，估计皮下的＂手脚架＂面部骨骼什么的都没了，所以有些结构恐怕还得一起移植过来参与修补工作。

肌肉，神经，还有特别是血管，都得一条条接起来，真是功夫活儿。

估计如果这张移植脸长好了，血液流通和神经搭线稳定了，没有器官排斥了，以后还可以慢慢小修小补。

小情真是超级有经济观念啊。

小豪和青儿我刚看见也是这个感想，但是看到移植前的照片就明白了。

我纯粹是外行，瞎猜几句。我猜整个脸移植的时候，成活是第一目标，美化是后续任务。既然移植，那么倒是多点皮肉有好处，等整体成活了，哪里不合适，再往下裁掉容易，万一太少了太绷紧了，往里添可不容易---看过纪录片讲分离头定部相连的连体儿，为了让两个孩子术后都有足够的头皮，手术前好久就在他们共有的头顶植入一个东西，把皮肤撑开多长些出来。

那么倒是多点皮肉有好处，等整体成活了，哪里不合适，再往下裁掉容易，

我刚看看新闻的细节，这个妻子被丈夫枪击脸部，那丈夫再枪击自己的脸（不知程度），然后丈夫认罪，判刑7年到2012年，妻子说原谅他，等他出来。
我的疑问是：什么破枪，什么破枪法？！

我好奇地问, 好象移植的排斥是终身的, 所以很多患者在器官移植后也只能存活几年或者再次移植. 面部移植有没有这问题呢?

移植手术后，终身吃抗排斥（抑制免疫系统）的药。药还不管用，只能重新移植，如果可能的话。

唉真惨。心理方面的治疗肯定也很难。

我觉得这个移植的方法维护太困难了. 大概她的脸破坏的太厉害不能用自身和人工材料.
啊这个不是美容手术, 她不做手术就少一只眼睛不能自己吃东西和闻东西. 这类似断肢移植, 但复杂很多.
