Look at washingtonpost.com for not only job postings but their career advice and columns. They have at least 3 columnists regularly write articles and host web chats. Lots of good advice there.

An MBA can do anything anywhere. Does he/she have any specialty or interest in a particular field? What is his/her experience? What does he/she want to do?

Also consider temporary placement agencies and recruiters. They are a useful start.

Finally, in any job search, the most important thing is network, network, network. DC area is probably the most concentrated in professional organizations. Find one within your interest or specialty and talk to people.

Marketing, media marketing都是很泛泛的领域，我不是这一行的，并不了解内幕，但是想来应该不难。开头或许不一定能立刻找到对口的，反正可以骑驴找马。DC附近多的是government contractors, nonprofit organizations, professional associations. 在这里面找找应该有不少机会。DC附近的就业率一直是很高的，找工作不难，但是生活消费也高。
