这是公认的吧?人和人一样,有的容易成瘾有的不容易。八十年代可卡因那么时髦,但是大部分人是派对上赶上了看桌子上有就随大流吸点,并没成瘾。当然也不能仗着自己身体好长期大量的抽白面,药物会把人脑子的神经重新wire 的。不过现在神经学里发现的一些线索表明,人和人的大脑不同,有些人略微比较容易受到上瘾物质的影响,而另一些人则接触到上瘾物质也无动于衷,没有 high 就不会上瘾。总之,大多数人接触到大麻是不会上瘾的,实际上大多数人接触到可卡因也不会上瘾,上瘾的总是少数人,这是一个人与人之间有差别的生理现象。但是,现在还不能通过基因或者脑扫描事先知道谁比较容易上瘾。
我很ocd的跳上来说,不会重新搭线,就是已经搭好的线路信号强弱有所改变。大家都研究是脑子的可改变的地方,其实脑子/神经系统是个相当稳定的器官,变化非常少。神经细胞死了以后,几乎不会再生(现在有证据表明脑子里有个叫海马的地方里一个叫做dante gyrus 的那个部分会有新神经细胞生出来,但是生出来了以后能不能成功整合到已有线路里面还是个没有定论的问题),所以脑子不长神经瘤,长得基本都是胶质细胞瘤。Knowing wrote:当然也不能仗着自己身体好长期大量的抽白面,药物会把人脑子的神经重新wire 的。
This, I do not think, is strictly what I meant by rewire. The basic network is not changed, how fast the information flow, however, is altered. This study, I suppose, is not conducted with, keke, recording electrodes sticking into the brain, hence not a study of 'real' neuronal circuitry.咦为啥我听到的研究说毒品就把脑子里搭上了新的捷径线路,把其他线路都trump 掉了。一是以前能激发愉悦感的事情(跟女儿玩)现在都激发不了。二是正常人看到跟毒品有关的得想一想,才知道这是毒品,然后联想起使用后的反映。成瘾者就不过逻辑反应这条线了,那个实验是闪牌子然后测脑子里的变化,眼睛看到可卡因有关信号后,逻辑都还没来的及反应,脑子已经哗哗的出愉快感了,跟knee jerk reaction不用过脑子里逻辑部分一样。所以光靠意志力戒毒基本不可能。戒了以后也要养好久才恢复过来。
