后悔
老四川诶,一直是我心里一个不解之谜。上中学的时候在亲戚那里吃过,真好吃啊,带好多牛筋。后来上大学自己可以在有限的预算额度内随便买什么了,忙不迭地买来,那叫一个不咋地!又柴又没味,吃在嘴里就是一堆纤维。Knowing wrote:你不懂的。那个可好吃了,厚实的牛肉片,鲜,咸,辣,咖哩味十足,晒的干干的,带好多牛筋。有点象国内的老四川牛肉干,但是比那个还好吃。街上买的beef jerky 根本不能比!而且这些年下来,在我的脑海里每次回忆的时候美味又放大了好多倍。

back to the hot chocolate thing. I had my best one when I was in the Pizzhut close to Peking univ....which was long long time ago (when I was in college). For some reason (the weather was cold, and I was with my best girl-friend and the boy who chased her
at that moment, though I was the "bulb", I did not mind anyway...), the hot chocolate was terrific...but I never had the same good-taste one anymore

1。纯瘦无油牛肉
2。生抽、少许老抽上色
3。糖
4。盐

做法:
1。牛肉放入冷水里,加少许料酒,煮开,小火,煮至筷子拆入肉中无血即可
2。凉后顺牛肉丝纹路切成薄片(炒牛肉一般横纹切,但牛肉干顺着切,才有嚼头)
3。用所有调料拌好牛肉,腌一小时。时间长更入味。
4。将牛肉片铺在烤盘中。
6。烤箱郁热制350度,之后放入。一面烤8分钟,两面都烤一遍。中间拿出来挨个翻面。时间可以自己掌握。
第6步也可以用微波炉。我第一次用的微波炉,但一次只能装一盘子,太少。还是烤盘放得多,省事。调料自己发挥,爱吃辣的就多加辣椒,爱吃麻的就放花椒。
其实后来常做酱牛肉,更简单。
