Post by vivi » 2006-01-14 17:17

http://www.importhome.com/

I purchased this model.

Try amazon.com. Or google "soy milk maker", you'll get numerous listings.

I tried it out over the weekend.
To soak or not to soak, here is what it says:

'Soaked soy is recommended since it is easier for the motor and should prolong the life of the machine. However, dry soy works fine and saves time'.

With this machine when it is done the soy milk is boiled, filtered, and ready to serve. It takes less then 5 minutes to clean everything.

Thank you, vivi. I may give it a try. I tried blender before, but guess filtering and boiling might be easier for the machine.

yeah, and the soymilk sold by Costco is ORGANIC

Sometimes I don't like/trust what I read on the nutrition labels. This way I know exactly what's in this thing I am drinking. :rabbit001:
