还有十分钟要杀掉,遂上来讲讲闲话。
我老人家不是自从上星期开始去健身房踩楼梯机了么?迄今一个星期,整整的重了5磅。某人认为我去锻炼胃口大了,我坚持认为我那个是密度大了。总而言,去那儿踩踩机器,出一身汗,舒服。接下来自然就是项运动减肥见效如此的慢,怪不得n多人宁可用那么多稀奇古怪效果卓著的食谱。
最离谱的乃是上个星期几啊,电视新闻报道说喝某种pH水能减肥。理论是酸性内环境令脂肪容易燃烧掉,我又觉得大大的不通,须知人体液的太酸或者太碱都有酸碱中毒一说,再说体液是多么强劲的buffer啊,再说了,那个要是真的,每天多喝点儿醋下去都减肥了。后来电视台找人试验,嘿嘿,还真是没有传说的那么神奇。
不过还是肯定会有人买的,宁信其有的心理。

My understanding is no. The "benefit" of wine comes from fermentation of grapes, with grape skins and pits still intact. Alcohol is an unavoidable byproduct, so anyone allergic to it but still want the benefits can pop "wine pills".
