还有十分钟要杀掉,遂上来讲讲闲话。
我老人家不是自从上星期开始去健身房踩楼梯机了么?迄今一个星期,整整的重了5磅。某人认为我去锻炼胃口大了,我坚持认为我那个是密度大了。总而言,去那儿踩踩机器,出一身汗,舒服。接下来自然就是项运动减肥见效如此的慢,怪不得n多人宁可用那么多稀奇古怪效果卓著的食谱。
最离谱的乃是上个星期几啊,电视新闻报道说喝某种pH水能减肥。理论是酸性内环境令脂肪容易燃烧掉,我又觉得大大的不通,须知人体液的太酸或者太碱都有酸碱中毒一说,再说体液是多么强劲的buffer啊,再说了,那个要是真的,每天多喝点儿醋下去都减肥了。后来电视台找人试验,嘿嘿,还真是没有传说的那么神奇。
不过还是肯定会有人买的,宁信其有的心理。

啊,啊,啊,我有话要说。我听人讲,某研究发现某老年疾病(心脏?)跟血液(?)中的酸碱度有重大关系。然后如何如何转到营养学,(中间略过n多推导 ;) (我保证讲到我的专业我不简略这么多步,也不加这么多括号 :( ))转到食物的酸碱性,然后说多数食物是酸性,尤其是肉类是强酸性,所以多吃肉类的人应该在食物谱中加入强碱性的食物。很不幸的试强碱性的食物并不多,有三个:一,葡萄和葡萄酒;2,绿藻(这个东西很少见,大概好像是日本有。)三,我忘了。 :nono:
总而言之,像法国人一样把葡萄酒当水一样喝大大地好。我听了之后立刻高高兴兴地信了。把买葡萄酒的花费从奢侈品类提到生活必需品类。

说到身体的酸碱性,据说,吃葡萄柚时,(GRAPE FRUIT),有甜的感觉是健康的人,身体够碱性云云。
你们觉得甜吗?我是真觉得酸(一般品种),所以很少吃来试验。

也就这两年才听说葡萄酒对心脏大有益处,8过得红葡萄酒才行,因为里头有啥子特别的成分。从此我们家有人就拿到鸡毛令箭啦,动辄:It's good for my heart. 也不想想这许多热量喝下去且不运动,累计的脂肪对心脏有什么害处。唉,总是一个平衡的问题,顺其自然罢。

Tannin. White wine doesn't have a lot of tannin because the grape skin is taken out early. Also the same reason why white wine doesn't age well.

我觉得大部分grape fruit都是苦的,
The membrane part is very bitter. I don't eat it like an orange, but only take the pulp inside each sack.

我吃到过甜的,一般是酸得发苦的。
红酒还不需要医生处方,真好啊,简直是个为什么不的问题了。

Not only tannin (which is also found in tea), but also flavinoids (antioxidants) in wine is considered good for health. However, alcohol alone has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, even beer. So the heart-protective benefits are not limited to grapes or wine.

Soy beans and, hehe :-P, dark chocolate, are also high in flavinoids.

In the medically proven long-term-wise healthy Mediterranian diet (unlike all the bizarre diets), the Greeks reported drinking 2-5 (?) glasses of wine per day. Of course, other components in the diet (olive oil, fresh fruits and vegetables, some fish, little meat) also contribute to the health outcomes. It may not, however, turn one into Tyra Banks or Cindy Crawford. :-D

我听到新闻了,并且对大家对麦当劳愤慨表示不解。我不明白大家(这里的大家指电台里的评论员)都说麦当劳是美国肥胖的罪魁祸首,“让小孩克制吃麦当劳,想让大人克制喝酒一样没有可实行性”1,这个论断就像是为这个贴子做的嘛?!可是为什么如果我只吃一个汉堡的话,下午四点就开始饿?我正常吃的东西明明要比汉堡热量大多了嘛。

I am pretty sure they will soon come up with something like 1+3 special "due to popular demand" : With each order, add a dollar more, you can get anthor 3 regular size fries. :-D

我觉得也许是汉堡的成分,人的胃口也是有各种容纳分区的,吃饭吃得再饱,也还会有吃甜品的肚子,据说这是天生为了均衡的。我是如果没有足够的纤维落肚就会饿的,所以那些CANDY BAR对我没用。

笑嘻嘻的反应并不奇怪。麦当劳的big mac热量是每个590卡,big 'n tasty burger是每个540卡,并不算太离谱。而炸薯条中号一份450卡,大号一份540卡,超级号610卡,超过汉堡包。一杯可乐小号150卡,中号210卡,大号310卡,超级号410卡,而且全是糖水,没有一点营养。光吃汉堡包是不要紧的,问题在于加薯条加可乐,这个热量和费用都是极不划算的。

嘻嘻,怪道某人说我是穷人家孩子,喜欢吃油腻腻的东西,最爱吃炖了好长好长时间的五花肉。

我一直想问, 如果说喝红葡萄酒有益健康, 那么对于酒精过敏的人来说是不是喝welch 的红葡萄汁也有同样功效? :roll:
我吃麦当劳的薯条多半是迫不得已, 单独买一个汉堡和可乐的价钱和买一个meal几乎一样, 还不如省点事情直接要meal。 :oops:
现在偶是胡军的扇子。

My understanding is no. The "benefit" of wine comes from fermentation of grapes, with grape skins and pits still intact. Alcohol is an unavoidable byproduct, so anyone allergic to it but still want the benefits can pop "wine pills". I am serious, there is really such a thing, some company bottled the benefit of wine in pills. :-D

hehe, does anyone remember that episode of the simpsons, when homer was trying to become obese to get disability benefits? it was beyond hilarious! bart would screen all his food to make sure that everything's nothing but empty calories. his floral muu muu nearly killed me! :lol: that's one of my fave episodes.

对对对 :-D 我家自发发展的理论就是这么说的,比洛洛说的更通俗一点,是说不同东西放在肚子里不同地方,以解释为什么饭吃够了还想吃肉,肉吃饱了还要水果。
