买锅
calphalon有玻璃盖子的nonstick. I bought one from AMAZON 2+ years ago for about $50 at sale, the original price was said to be around $200. The first year, it was sooooo great, but now, the nonstick layer has worn off. I don't know if it is because I bought it on sale or it is meant to be.DeBeers wrote:但是这两个牌子都没有我们最喜欢的玻璃盖子的

not so-called nonstick, but it hardly stick, plus, the sale clerk at Bill Sonoma told me to wash the interior with Scott-brite pads (those green thin ones). Says it works the best. And it does. It works the best. Sometimes when I make instant noodles (shame on me, I always use expensive cookware, pots and pans, and knives to cook 99-cent instant noodles and chop carrot) I add one egg. The little amount of egg stick to the bottom can be easily brushed off by those green pads, almost effortless.
I used to love thsoe non-stick ones. But like you said, after a year or some unavoidable sctach, they always fall apart.

白开水恐怕不行,得纯净水吧。现在水源污染多严重啊 
我喜欢套锅,就是家里没地方放。就这样现在家里还有一个炒菜的,一个煮面条的,一个平底煎锅,2个蒸锅(一个蒸馒头,一个蒸螃蟹),一大一小2个沙锅,一个deep fryer当火锅
