我最近很努力地用面包机发面做包子, 然后某人每次都很捧场. 我很得意地觉得自己包子做得很不错了.

昨儿家里来一东北人. 我很得意地把剩下的几个包子拿出来炫耀. 她看了一眼就说, 你面发得太干了. 我立马目瞪口呆. 面是发干了. 自己揉面不会有这问题. 面包机劲大, 料放的比例有点不对, 发完了我是觉得太干, 可是也没法改啊. 这也能看出来? 第二句话是, 你没二次发效吧? 发了呀, 不过就二三十分钟. 她说你这包子折这么明显, 要发到折快没了再蒸.

专家就是专家, 菜鸟就是菜鸟啊.

可不是吗。 有次一粒意大利朋友来我家,看见我做意面酱时又放洋葱又放蒜的,跟我说他们那儿要不放洋葱要不放蒜,两样不能同时放的。 我粉吃惊,这规矩从来没听过,当然人家肯定是专家,只得听人家的了。

I have not heard this rule, but I've heard Beppe xxx (the author of Ciao America) say in Milan it's wrong if not illegal to drink cappucino after 10 am...

I think maybe that rule on garlic and onion is regional, since Italy has as many regions of cuisine as China. The thing is that I forgot to ask him where he is from... :renske:

And yes, I heard that cappuccino is only reserved for morning, rest of the time you are supposed to have espresso, especially after dinner. It's like that in France as well, right? Latte in the morning, black coffee in the evening. That somehow makes sense to me.
