我坐姿也不好,不过最近纠正了些,觉的背疼还是床垫太软,

thanks! I'm actually alright now. Back when I was seeing the physical therapist, I got this McKenzie Night Roll Lumbar Support from her. It was used in a different way (tied around the waist). 开始觉得有点用,后来还是觉得不够舒服,基本上恢复了之后就没再用过了。

knowing,如果坐姿很差的话,可能只是纠正坐姿不会好得很快。我当时是还有做Back Extension McKenzie Exercise,好像大概的意思是用来平衡我常年的糟糕坐姿积累下来的问题。如果没时间做瑜伽的时候,只做一些back extension的练习也花不了几分钟,或者也能有点帮助。不过当时是physical therapist让我做各种拧来拧去很多动作然后确定我的问题应该用这种练习的,所以我也不敢给你瞎推荐,万一你需要的是相反的练习就糟了。

Let me check out the Back Extension McKenzie Exercise.
back extension exercise sounds right. Yoga position "downward facing dog" is particularly useful for me and brings a quick relief in a few minutes. Unfortunately I can't do that at work..

I should probably see a physical therapist too. but I just don't have the time... If it gets worse I will. Thanks Atiti! :wavy: :wavy:

If it gets really bad, seeing a chiropractor can help instantly. They take some X-ray shots and correct your spine problems. For the long term, Yoga is very good.

如果你有勇气,准备个瑜伽垫,脱掉鞋子,pp朝天3分钟,同事不会说什么。
还有一个办法就是在公司附近的健身房sign up,现在有很多午饭时候的yoga group exercise
我的背痛现在也糟糕极了,作pilates和健身都没效。看来我也要看医生和换床垫了。 :cry:

嗯,不客气。我就是看见背痛睡不好觉特别的心有凄凄。当时我得到的建议是白天不方便在办公室趴地上,可以做standing back extension,不如趴着的效果大,但是也管点儿用。其实当时白天一忙也常常想不起来做这个(因为白天不痛),不过偶尔站着没事儿的时候就动换两下儿。

俺有点想不通记忆海绵是怎么个记忆法,按说人睡的时候是要不断地翻身的.它到底记住哪个时候的姿势啊 ? :doh:

我这个星期有作高段瑜伽(yoga3),很高兴的发现大部分姿势都能做下来。就是鸽子功做得不好。(ie坐在地上,左脚伸直,右脚曲起,上身略向前弯,右手手臂绕过右膝盖,在背后和左手相握。)
而且做完后确实感到肩膀酸痛....以前年轻的时候....作什么都没感觉....

I already had handyman throw the mattress out.

I don't think memory foam has memory. It is temperature sensitive, so shapes around you and the support is more evened out.

我也来报告一下. 我最后没有买mattress, 某人说他又没有睡起来腰酸背疼的问题. 也许等将来换房子要买新床的时候吧.

买了一个mattress topper和两个不同型号的枕头. mattress topper挺舒服的, 不过枕头都太高了. 我用了一晚上, 睡得很不舒服, 还是觉得我的羽绒枕头好. 不过枕头我也不打算退了, 用作靠枕挺好的, 有support.

我昨天因为重感冒去看医生的时候,也向她提及了尾椎(and lower back)部分疼痛的问题。她说可以照x光,不过看样子不是脊椎的问题,因为我的腿部没有问题。她也跟我推荐了lumbar support。我在附近的小药店买到了,和atiti得不太一样,比较像腰封,35块钱有不同size。
另外她说,如果腹部的肌肉比较结实的话,也能够缓解背部承受的压力... :f21:
