thanks! I'm actually alright now. Back when I was seeing the physical therapist, I got this McKenzie Night Roll Lumbar Support from her. It was used in a different way (tied around the waist). 开始觉得有点用,后来还是觉得不够舒服,基本上恢复了之后就没再用过了。Jun wrote:Atiti, if your back hurts while sleeping, try using a body pillow. It's a long pillow. knowing,如果坐姿很差的话,可能只是纠正坐姿不会好得很快。我当时是还有做Back Extension McKenzie Exercise,好像大概的意思是用来平衡我常年的糟糕坐姿积累下来的问题。如果没时间做瑜伽的时候,只做一些back extension的练习也花不了几分钟,或者也能有点帮助。不过当时是physical therapist让我做各种拧来拧去很多动作然后确定我的问题应该用这种练习的,所以我也不敢给你瞎推荐,万一你需要的是相反的练习就糟了。

back extension exercise sounds right. Yoga position "downward facing dog" is particularly useful for me and brings a quick relief in a few minutes. Unfortunately I can't do that at work..

我的背痛现在也糟糕极了,作pilates和健身都没效。看来我也要看医生和换床垫了。
