The Truth of Da Vinci Code

前天在Discovery Channel上看见一个节目，调查Da Vinci Code里面种种说法的。一条一条的，全部驳倒，证据充分，合情合理。哇赛，Dan Brown的各色论据象house of cards一样倒塌掉了。最有趣的是关于秘密组织Pirory of Sion。原来70年代真有其事，不过是三个法国人自己编造出来的。一个神神叨叨的家伙给记者提供一些假造的文件，又在巴黎的国家文献馆里藏了捏造出来的几张纸，骗得大家团团转。结果那时就出了一本热销书The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail，基本上是Dan Brown的理论基础。结果后来参与的人自己承认是捏造出来的，又出一本书澄清，可是这就没人理了。我就说这有点难以置信，Da Vinci，Isaac Newton，和其他名人这么容易就凑到一起去了。真相往往是最简单最合乎情理的解释，可惜也是最boring的。

They have an explanation for that too! Da Vinci himself liked (no loved) effeminate, beautiful boys. That's what he's painted elsewhere too. So that's why he painted St. John like a beautiful young woman.

Yeah, I remember not long after the book came out, there was an article in the Times which refuted Brown's interpretations of thepaintings on 9 points! Some were outright mistakes!
Let me see if I can find that article again...

啊，我前天才开始加班加点的看这本书~~~着急得要死，晚上睡觉还做乱梦。

俺看完了俺看完了，兴高采烈的冲进来~~~
周末加班加点，终于看完了。哎哎，我感觉是，这本书到2/3还是一本精彩的书，可惜到了后1/3就...........
至于是不是真的，人家那么大的"A Novel"写在封面呢，不要追究吧。
谁看了Angles & Demon，那本好看吗？

可是你没看到前言里说Priory of Sion是真的那一段吗？恰恰那一段是个大骗局哎。可笑。好象那个很有名的化石公案。

Angels and Demons你看了就会发现，原来他就这么一把板斧，情节套路完全是一样的。。。
